GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE APPLICATION A. Things You Need To Prepare Before Filling The Online Application Form 1. Make sure you have all these documents in softcopies (digital documents) ready.
- Passport sized photograph – In JPG format, not more than 2MB.
- Passport – In PDF format, every page including cover and blank pages. Must be in one filename only.
- Academic Certificates (original copy and English version) – In PDF format, not more than 2MB. If the certificates are more than one, scan all in one filename.
- IELTS or TOEFL certificate– In PDF format, if available.
B. Things You Need To Be Aware When Using The Online Application System
- Please fill up all the sections. Items with symbol (*) must be filled. The ‘go to the next section’ button is blocked until all the items with symbol (*) at the current page are filled.
- The breakdown of each section are as follow:-

Please select the certificate from the list given. The applicant is required to upload their academic certificate. Marks should be filled in percentage (%).

|
English Language Proficiency
|
The applicant is required to upload the IELTS/ TOEFL PBT/ TOEFL IBT or TOEFL CBT certificate. If not available please leave it blank.

8.
|
Financial Arrangements
|
The applicant is required to select either Self-funding or Sponsored
|
9.
|
Academic & Immigration Record
|
The applicant is required to fill in this section
|

Declaration
|
The applicant can view the Draft Application Form to check the detail of the submission. If the Draft Application Form is complete, tick (ü) on Declaration and submit your application. After that, click on print for your reference and record.

C. What To Expect After Submitting The Online Application Form 1. Upon submission, the applicant will receive a confirmation email sent to the applicant email address and our team will process your application. 2. The result will be notified to the applicant within 14 working days via email.
D. Application Deadline Applicants may submit their application to Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) at any time of the year. However, applications received by UTeM ON OR BEFORE 15 JULY will be considered for the current academic year intake and applications received after the above stated deadline will be considered for the next academic year intake.
